This week I published a new collection of warm up exercises, and shared them with a few people at the international trombone festival called GET READY - it’s about a 15/20 minute routine that hits on the main points that I think are important to hit on in a warmup routine. 1 - SOUND, 2 - Flexibility 3 - Articulation. (Yes, number on is obviously the most important, to me 🤣). Both the PDF and Hard Copy versions come with a download of a play-along for the exercises to help push you, and provide some entertainment during your warmup.
